Christian Siriano debuted his Spring 2010 line of shoes for Payless at this year's Fashion Week. It's his third season designing shoes for the budget shoe stores.

This pair features a "bull horn" heel - and it looks really hard to walk in! I can't picture the average Payless customer wearing these. Is this a marketing mistep?

Of course, the runway shoes are custom luxe creations, so Siriano makes a cheaper and streamlined version to hit actual Payless stores. But the entire collection still looks heavy on the extreme heels and outlandishness.
